Sennheiser pc 320 Static problem

Hi. I recently bought a pair of Sennheiser pc 320. They're amazing but I have a lot of static noise with them. Is there anyway to stop the static noise i'm having?

Try going into your windows/on board/sound card settings and turn and adjust to it sounds good.

It didn't seems to work. I have it at 100 volume and 10 boost level if that makes any difference.

That is boosted to high. Try 50% boost. Volume maybe to high but adjust the boost.

Well, it might be still boosted to high but it could be other problems. The headphones could be faulty, the onboard sound or sound card not working well. Did you try plugging it into the back of the tower if it isn't a laptop?

To figure out the problem, you may have to plug the headphones into a different computer to find out if it is the headphones that are causing the static.
