Hello, I've been bothered by this question in my mind. Will a Nvidia GT 730m card with dedicated 2 GB DDR3 and a Nvidia GT 730m card with dedicated 4 GB DDR3 make any difference in gaming performance? Or the 4 GB version is just a huge gimmick?
I've another question, is this card "Multi-GPU" Enable?
My Laptop configurations are:
3rd Generation Intel Core i5 3230M
2.6 Ghz, Turbo Boost to 3.2
Integrated Graphics card, Intel 4000
Dedicated Graphics Card Nvidia GT 730m (2 GB, DDR3. Optimus Technology. DirectX 11)
8 GB ram DDR3
I've another question, is this card "Multi-GPU" Enable?

No it won't make a difference unless it was a desktop and you were playing on 3 screens.
How much more is it for 4GB?

Well, I don't know the price difference though. I went to some sites to see how's the gaming performance. For instance Game-Debate.com. There's is a page about GT 730M but its written there 4 GB. My Laptop is 14 inch screen.

Nvidia Geforce GT 730M 2GB DDR3 should be enough for most games and upcoming games. If your screen resolution is 1920x1080 or 1366x768 it should be sufficient for gaming with the 2GB DDR3 version.
Multi-GPU is not possible with the GT 730M.
My Laptop is 14 inch sreen. Can you tell me when can a Multi Gpu be possible? In case of Laptops.

You can't multi gpu on %99 of laptops i only know one which is about $6,000. So you are only going to do 1 gpu in this laptop. That gpu wont be powerful enough for some games maybe low-medium settings.

will over clocking this card do any performance boost? If so how much should I increase it?

Hmmmm try this http://goo.gl/1HBmZ
it will help maybe 6fps but im sure about doing it in a laptop. They don't have the best cooling try at your own risk.
What games are you going to play at what settings?

Just an aside, but the lenovo Y500's last year began offering SLI 650m's and are offering the same this year with dual 750m's. They use the DvD drive area as an ultra bay for the second card and are actually pretty affordable at ~1250'ish U.S.D.
