Annnoying Buzzing Help

Hi, I have the Fanny Wang over ear headphones, and I have been noticing a constant loud buzzing, (they are battery powered) even when they're not plugged in they have the buzzing if I switch the noise cancelling off, is there any way to prevent this annoying buzzing from the battery powered headphones?

Seriously? A company named their headphones Fanny Wang? Brilliant! A quick Web search shows that you're not the only person to experience this. If you can, I'd send them back. Does the buzzing get louder / quieter with the volume?
