Noise cancelling headphones with mic?

Hi, i am looking for some noise cancelling headphone that have a mic (preferably detachable), so i can use it on my computer as well as public transport etc. i would prefer it to be under 300 us dollars. so cheaper than the Bose quiet comfort 15 headphones.

They also have a detachable mic. They are designed to work great at music and gaming. When paired with this software: http://www.razerzone.com/surround they can be full 7.1 surround sound headphones. and they only cost $130.

If only, I would have earned a fair bit by now having been around on these forums so long. I wonder how much money in total has been spent based on my advice... Thats a scary thought actually.

The tech specs for the "Razer BlackShark" does not mention anything about noice cancelling. Yes, I did see that their commercial claim that they are sound proof enough for an attack helicopter - I allow myself to doubt that - been with a few choppers - none of them silent enough for passive sound proofing to be enough.
