Is for college and pretty much use for a lot of movie watching and games like diablo 3, starcraft2 , COD Blackops2, Counter Strike GO. etc. Budget under $1000.

P.s. the MSI GT60 do have a better speaker compare with clevo, but i will not know because I haven't seen or used any of these brands before.

Solution
I am using a NP7352 right at this very moment, over the past two weeks or so , I was looking at more or less the same type of choice as you are, I choose the Sager/Clevo , but then, I think the reality is, there isn't that much difference between the two that your looking at, maybe the 765M might be 10 to 20% more capable. For me, the Sager/Clevo being 1.5 pounds lighter is probably a bigger factor then the additional GPU speed, but the two advantages together, make the Sager/Clevo a better choice for me personally.

So far, I'm pretty happy with my NP7352, but I've only had it for two days.

The i7 in the w350st will be much stronger than the i3 in the MSI one. The GTX 765m is a little bit better than the GTX 670M. That and that the w350st is lighter and smaller, it looks better overall.

Oh, man... My bad.... I totally mis-read the information on that MSI 16F3, I had did a search on that model, went one of the first sites that were selling it to look at the specs and/or what kinds of options it offered. I totally miss-read the OP... I thought the MSI 16F3 had a i7 3rd gen processor in it that was more or less on par with the 4th gen i7 that is in the Clevo...

Anyway, yeah... given the i3 processor, and the GTX 670M in it, it's pretty much a no brainer to choose the Clevo over this particular MSI.

I just finished my on battery test, I was able to get right around 4 hours of web browsing on battery with the Sager NP7352 (Clevo W350ST)

It stays relatively cool, depending on exactly what your attempting to do... You might want to go over and look at notebookreview dot com, someone recently started a 'official NP7352 owners lounge'... There already is a lot of good information about it there....

I'm very happy with my NP7352, it stays much much cooler then my old Dell Studio XPS does... It's got way more power too... Basically, I'm quite happy with my purchase thus far, and it's been about two weeks since I got it.
