Canon Cameras 7D or 600D

Solution
Hello, I think you should know first what you want to do with your camera.

7D is used very often to make videos and pro photography and the 600D is an entry-level dslr with good video quality too, but with certain differences in the CMOS and speed and ISO and so on.

If you are starting at photos or video, definitely buy a 600D, which is also cheaper than a 7D an it comes with a lens kit. (7D is often sold body only).

600D and 7D have the exact same CMOS sensor, so in the same optimal situation the image quality will be exactly the same.

7D offers better auto focus, less noise in higher ISO and more shoots per seconds, nothing more.

Video quality is the same unless you've to raise ISO, but 600D offers a mobile screen that 7D doesn't.

In my opinion, don't waste money on 7D and get 600D + Good lens or save for a FullFrame one like 6D/5D/1D.
