Can i use 1 HDMI out directly to my tv for VIDEO and use 1 HDMI to my reciever for AUDIO? I connected the PC to the reciever for video and audio but my samsung tv needs to be on PC mode ( to disable overscan ) but than all my hardware ( Bluray / HD sat ) stay in pc allso. Thats the reason i want to connect the pc to the tv directly. I now use SPDIF to the reciever for audio. But that doesnt support DTS HD. Only DTS with a lower bitstream. Cant find any answer about the 2 hdmi outs on 1 video card ( gtx 770 ) Any help would be greatly appreciated ( srry for my englisch )
Solution
ATI 5000 and up, and the GTX 570 i think and up. I fixed it, i use the GTX 770. I now have it connected straigth to the reciever using HDMI from the card ofcourse. I now get DTS HD Master. Love It
. I set the tv to PC mode to turn of the underscan en voila
