Can somebody tell me some good websites for customizing a gaming laptop?

I am looking for the following specs
17.3" screen
Core i7 4700M
8GB RAM
atleast 500GB HDD
and a GTX 770M or Radeon 8970M also can someone tell me if the radeon is worth the extra 100 dollars and also how it compares to the 780M?

All in a budget of $1500

I don't necessarily need windows 8, I have win 7 pro OEM that I can install but I do need the home and student MS Office

the only game I will be running is Need for Speed most wanted at a resolution of 1920x1080 but it will also be used for some 3D work like mild CAD usage

I have looked at websites like xoticpc, cyberpower, and ibuypower but they don't offer me full flexibility over the parts.

Thank you for the help!

EDIT: I also plan to run Need or Speed: rivals at full HD and high quality settings

Laptops have very little customization available to them. High end machines (such as the one you are describing) can eek out a bit more customization, but for the most part you get a basic shell (which includes monitor-type), an AIO combo (CPU/RAM/MOBO) and then a few Video and Storage choices. With laptops, you are sacrificing some of the customization of a desktop rig for the portability of a mobile rig. You may not get exactly what you want, but you can probably get something similar. As for the price, well....1500 bucks isn't all that much in the high end laptop scene but I wish you luck.

I was going to recommend some sites, but you already listed the ones I use.
