ASUS Transformer TF101 problems ??

[Problem Description]
I cannot believe what happened till now , I bought the Asus tablet and did not
open the box or touch the tablet for 2 weeks , last week I open the box and tried to
power on the tablet but it did not , so I said after I charge it for 8 or 10 hours
everything will be ok but nothing happened at all the battery always o % with
red mark , and battery status unknown I tried another charger but the same
problem , I tried to search the web but always people talking about bad charger
problem , went to Vodafone Egypt the place I bought it from but they denied
anything to help and never offer any replacement or even fix or contact the
support . tried more than 20 times for several days calling the Asus Egypt hotline
19427 or the 800-2787349 but no one ever answer . I'm so so frustrated Cannot
believe Asus new product will be like that !!! so any chance you contact your
support office here telling them to respect asus customers and replace or fix my
device as soon as possible , I trusted Asus and bought the tablet but so sad for
the unbelievable and not expected problem from the 1st min , are they selling
New good Asus tablets in Egypt or refurbished ones brought from Europe ??

hope you will solve my problem .so I can trust ASUS as before

UPdate after 7 weeks the very bad technical at Asus Egypt changed the battery and the motherboard and the tablet charging the problem is I cannot use the 3G as before because there is problem in the datasim socket on the tablet ,also cannot get my sim from the tablet . after almost 3 Months with ASUS Nightmare I 'll never buy any asus products If asus cannot solve my problem and change this rubbish tablet with a working one , since I bought the tablet with 500 $ it is with maintenance till now , what a shame Asus !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
