LCD 32" television audio but no picture which use to work

I purchased an LCD 32" Flat screen television, 2nd one,after first one had the same problem after 3 weeks. So here is the problem:
After operation less than 2-3 months there is audio but no picture displays. When the LCD is shaken you can see video. Can anyone tell me what is wrong with this? I have moved the tv to another location which a good tv is working but the LCD still has the same problem. Do ou think it is the power cord, because there is this box with the cord...is that the power supply...

It can't be the power cord because you are getting sound. If the power cord was bad, the TV would not turn on. It's probably the LCD screen. Only a few months of use, it should be under warranty. I suggest you pick a different brand this time since it's the second one with this isse.
