Tv blinks green & red color gone

In have a 12 year Mitsubishi 65" tv. Model ws-65313. At times the tv will blink for about 2 days then stop. Also now I am having problems with the color, no red or green in picture. That only lasted 2 days. Do I need a new tv.

Yes you do need a new TV. Other option is to pay to have the system board and possibly the power board replaced. It may be an LCD issue as well.

Unless you are going to replace it with a new 60" TV which will be pretty expensive, not worth fixing. Even then the costs to fix would be near what a new TV would be once you add in the labor and the fact that it may take a few tried to find the issue.
