Your english isn't great so I don't understand but you write better english than I can in your language!
Ok, please tell use what mother board(or computer model and name), what TV and speakers you are using.
That was better! hehe but I also need the model of the TV and speakers. What I'm asking for is the inputs/outputs of those devices.
The motherboard has analog and optical outputs so if your TV has those kinds of inputs then maybe we can help. The video card has HDMI output which might be the best choice depending on the other devices inputs/outputs.
I assume surround for gaming, you need to make sure in the realtek software that you have 5.1 setup. Right click the realtek icon on the task bar and setup 5.1. Make sure HDMI is selected for output. In terms of that ihome speaker, you may have to plug it into the rear surround output from your motherboard.

I did this and it set my default as the ihome and the tv as default communications device then decided not to work
Alothough it might be because i just noticed i had Realtek digital Ouput(optical) and Realtek digital Output disabled.
Also check the audio settings on the monitor. Eliminate the iHome speaker for now and just concentrate on the TV and get that working.
The tv always works if the ihome isn't connected they count as front speakers apparently, when i try to connect iHome and add them as rear speakers only the iHome will work
Ah, there is a setting to change that. Not sure how you have all this setup though. But the iHomes should be plugged into the rear black output. Sounds like you are plugging the iHomes into the front headphone jack.
