Dear friends... Last night i opened my laptop and it was ok as usual, but after few secnds on the screen suddenly full white display appeared which is first time I seen. I did off the laptop by pressing power switch. And later i tried to on the laptop by pressing power on switch but does not on it. There is blue light next to the power switch that blinks whenever i press the switch but screen not starting up. I removed the battery and inserted back but no use. Please help me.. Thank you friends

Hi,
One thing you can try is test the memory.
1. locate the flap on the back of the laptop
2. unscrew this. locate the memory modules.
3. carefully remove one of the memory modules
4. place this somewhere safe - static free (not on the carpet!)
5. try and boot again
6. if this doesnt work, take out the remaining memory module and put in the module you took out. (put them in the same slot you took them out of)
7. reboot
If this doesnt work and you cant boot then at least you have tested the memory. It would be extremely rare for both memory modules (assuming you have 2 in there!) to go at the same time.
