AVCHD (M2TS) Editing

Hi guys,

I record with a roxio game capture hd pro and it can only record in m2ts. I need to know a software that can edit it, and then when i export it, it will keep the m2ts format because it has better quality than mp4 etc.

Editing m2ts files can be a bit tricky. You have to make sure you use the right settings when you import the file. One option is to convert the video into another format, which I know you don't want to do, to make it work with more editing software. Software like Corel VideoStudio ( http

/www.corel.com/corel/product/index.jsp?pid=prod4900075#tab4 ) claims to work with m2ts files and offers a variety of export formats. I don't know of any software that allows you to export a file as m2ts. I'm not saying it doesn't exist but that I've never seen or heard of any that do. If the export settings are set right then you should get good quality exporting as H.264.
