Definitely the Samsung. Better processor, and the Samsung hs a disc drive.
what if i told you that i dont care about having a cd/dvd drive and my budget is only $350. Would be a really big loss on performance if i got the asus and not the samsung because im not really planning on the processor to have much of a load on it. So no multitasking and little to no gaming. Please respond faaasssttt i need a answer by tommorow

Well in that case I don't really think you need my help; you seem to have justifications for choosing the cheaper computer. If you think you're gonna need the extra power, then get the Samsung. If not, then get the Asus.
