can't reinstall windows 7 from reinstall disk

computer gets BSOD when I try to start windows 7. Got new reinstall disk from dell, but after it loads all the file from the disk, when it tries to start 7, i get the same BSOD STOP0x00000024 Help please

Thanks. How do I do that as I can't get past the BSOD, even in safe mode it chokes. Don't know how to get to the point where I can run scandisk. Sorry, I'm a newb

Unfortunately it won't boot from the DVD, loads the files then goes straight to the BSOD. Doesn't give me any screens to make a selection.
