After reinstalling Windows 7 every time I try to go to common websites like google or Amazon the browser(I've tried both Chrome and Firefox) states that it does not have security certificates I've added exceptions in Firefox but parts of websites like Amazon don't load pictures I also can't get streaming videos on Netflix to play. I'm totally confused and any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I tried to run Internet Explorer as an administrator and install the security certificates but they don't stay installed. I may not be installing them correctly since the article does not go into that detail. Also they are security certificates from my Anti-Virus software Kaspersky 2013. I don't know what to do but I'm still having the same issues. Any help would be great.

Still does not work the certificates are from my Kaspersky Internet security does it still have something to do with my firewall. Also is there instructions on how to install security certificates on Internet explorer I don't know if I'm doing it right or if they are going to the right place. Thanks in advance.
