Tritton AX Pro - Mic works, but not speakers

Hello, so my friend recently updated his audio drivers, now his speakers don't work on his headset. We have tried uninstalling all audio drivers from "Device Manager" then rebooting, having it re-install the drivers, but it doesn't seem to install the driver for the speakers.

We go to playback devices and there's the digital output and monitor, but not the actual headset speakers. Anyone know what to do? Thanks in advance!

Installe the newer driver again then in audio devices make sure the audio card is the main device. A lot of times now with new audio drivers are installed the video card hdmi audio becomes the main audio output. Also if the mb audio is using Realtek drivers get the newest drivers from Realtek.

The newest real tech audio driver the audio screen should show two sets of audio inputs. The rear plugs and the case plugs. On the older drivers there were sub menu to switch from rear audio to frount case audio.

Also, under Device Manager, he's got like 5 "NVIDIA HD Audio" drivers or something, if that helps.

Once he gets home I will have him try installing the latest drivers again.

He also has the version that doesn't use a USB, so I don't know if he isn't connecting it correctly or not, he told me he has it setup the same way as it was before when it worked.

On the back of the pc most of the main audio output ports are colored green. Make sure not plugging the headphones into the line out.
