Hello everyone.

I got a new headset a few days ago, the Razer Tiamat 7.1, paired them up with a good sound card and they simply sound amazing imo.

I need some advice though.

So it comes with a controller that allows you to level specific drivers, I set the subwoofer to the max since the bass is really good, and along with that I have FlexBass enabled in the Xonar audio center, the LFE Crossover frequency is set to 105 Hz. Really like the results amazing bass.

But I am also worried about something. Can I damage the 2 subwoofers by having the drivers on the max level along with FlexBass turned on?

I don't play or listen to anything on high volume, nowhere near the max. Windows volume is at 70, and on the controller I have it at around 25-30% ; 3-5 bars out of 15 max, this is loud enough for me.

I plan on having these for a long time so I want to avoid stupid unnecessary damage

So yeah should I lower anything or is it safe since my volume levels are not anywhere near the max

Would really appreciate answers

As Sagar said, they are meant to be played :) You should be good to go. IF you were listening to stuff "maxed out" you would need to be careful. New speakers (and headphones) need to be run through a break-in period before being pushed. But, at the level you are listening, there should be no problems!
