Help, My toshiba laptop keys don't always work

Just wondering if anyone has suggestions. My laptop keys aren't working properly. Sometimes you have to press really hard for them to work, other times it is fine.
Suggestions please?
I bought it from an ebay store and i have misplaced the documentation including the invoice.

What model laptop do you own? I'm typing this on a Toshiba Satellite C855 S5356. I find that the keyboard is the worst feature on this laptop with the track-pad coming in at a close 2nd. The buttons around the "N" key feel very...mushy. My keys do however work when pressed and for the deal I got on this ($220 private seller) I'm content. I would recommend you send your equipment back and start calling Ebay/Paypal ASAP to begin the return/reimbursement process.
