AMD Zambezi FX-6100 (i want this because budget)
Asus M5A78L-M LX (because budget too)
Transcend 4GB PC 1600 ddr3 2x (any advice for faster ram or more affordable)
Hitachi SATA III 1 TB 7200 RPM 3.5inch
ASUS HD 7750 1 GB DDR5 128bit (any advice for budget vcard for CS6)
seasonic ECO-600w (actually i dont know how many supply i need)
AOC 21.5 inc e2262vw (any advice for more resolution at low budget)

is that sketch above is usable for fluid editing in CS6?

Without reading the rest of specs the 6100 is a waste of money, bulldozer CPU's is a TOTAL Fiasco
you need 400w psu

With Premiere Pro CS6 and After Effects you may want to consider an NVIDIA (CUDA cores) card to take advantage of the Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (helps with rendering time). You might find these two links helpful:
