My netbook is supposed to be faster than my sister's netbook because i run maintainance tasks like defragmenting, cleaning, and I doesn;t put large files on desktop (not desktop computer, you know what i mean), i only put shortcuts on desktop.

My sister's netbook is less in maintainance, she doesn't defrag it, and she put also large files on desktop (not desktop computer again) like pictures, movies and videos, she enabled AERO,

when booting up, my netbook wins (52 seconds)
her netbook (2 minutes and 16 seconds)

but when logging into facebook (while facebook is still loading)., my netbook lags, i cannot move the mouse cursor, hdd light always on, and it last for about 5 minutes my sister netbook doesn't lag, she chats her friends while me, waiting for my netbook to respond... it happpens everytime (only on facebook page)

the difference of our netbook is the CPU, brand and OS

Mine:
Brand: ASUS
CPU: Intel Atom N570 @ 1.66 GHz with Hyperthreading (1M cache)
OS: Windows 7 Starter

Sister's netbook:
Brand: MSI
CPU: Intel Atom N455 @ 1.66 GHz no Hyperthreading (512K cache)
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate

we both have 1 GB RAM and 320 GB HDD.

Well she has a real windows OS, not starter which is very Meh. But it's minor. "Facebook lagging" is hardly a performance measure, but more than likely you're supposed "maintenance" is the culprit, possibly turning off indexing. I suppose it could be a failing drive sector too, so running chkdsk /r would be a good idea.

All the stuff you think you're doing is totally unnecessary though. Windows 7 automatically schedules defragmentation. There's no real need to maintain it, beyond doing updates, which are also on auto by default, and normal backups. I haven't heard that crazy "no large files on the desktop" bit for YEARS and it was never true on any widows OS. Just one not very bright fellow that got repeated a bunch. File size and location is irrelevant until you go to actually load.something, having it on the desktop means nothing.

Basically you're sister is not doing anything wrong, and you're not doing any real maintenance that hers isn't doing automatically. More than likely you have a software issue, and could quiet possibly be caused by the bad "maintenance" advice you got
