I have never heard of this company, so I don't know how good and reliable their products are :-/

Toshiba: But Toshiba does a good job with their Qosmio line: Toshiba Qosmio X875-Q7190 Problem is, it is 17". Can it be bigger than 15" or does it has to be exaclty 15"?
My rating: 3 stars

MSI: The other solution would be 100$ over your budget, I hope that's ok. It is a MSI Gaming Laptop: GT60 0ND-250US The screen is 15" - exaclty what you were looking for. The GPU is better than the one from Toshiba, the rest is more or less the same.
My rating: 5 stars

I'll look closer into Asus ROG (my motherboard is an ROG) and post another comment when I found something useful :)

Thanks for the comment :) But, sadly it does need to be 15 inches or below. For portability. The MSI laptop does look nice the only thing is that it doesnt have as good as graphics card as the 7970 that is on the version 2 laptop. And it seems to have about the same other specs, hard drive and proccesor. I also do not know much about the company but i do see the perks in MSI being that it has more RAM, Wifi, Audio, Keyboard, webcam, and overclocking. Is the tradeoff better? the lower graphics card for RAM, Wifi, Audio, Keyboard, webcam, and overclocking?
