I don't know what to call this problem so I will try my best to explain it. When I have a program open, for example Netflix, and it is on full screen, the computer leaves the full screen mode and returns to where I can see the bottom toolbar. Another example: When playing a game my computer automatically minimizes the game and returns to the main computer screen. It does this with any program I have open, not one in particular. Could I have downloaded something? I,'m really puzzled and this is very annoying.
Sorry, I don't know too much about computers but I believe it is set to always be on. I found a thread talking about the same problem and apperantly it is a default setting in Windows 7 but no one can seem to remember what it was called.

I will definitely try this. I finally scrolled onto something talking about AreoPeak. They were saying that caused their problem. I turned mine off but the problem keeps happening.
