well , i have baught a second hand sony vaio model 2012 , everything seems to be fine until i start getting a sudden shutdown when i slightly shake the laptop , it is not a heat related problem i check the temperature it goes up to 55-60 c max and it is more likely to shutdown when i am on the battery than the ac adapter , but it does shut in the 2 cases , some friends suggest to check the hardware and maybe something is not well fixed into the motherboard . i am really lost i can't find the solution to my problem , please if you have any idea on how to fix it , i'll be glad .
PS : sorry for my english .

Shaking causes it... Anything else? I would check for loose cables, do you hear any rattling when you shake it? (I really wouldn't recommend shaking it while its on if you have a mechanical hdd. Just bad idea in general)

Does it seem to fail more often when it is under load or while idle? I had a HP laptop that would just shut off while idle and they ended up having to change the motherboard. Sounds like something is physically loose, perhaps the connection to the battery.

i have a ssd , and yes it is more likely to shutdown while in load but no high temperature or heat problem , the main cause is the shaking even small mouvement in bed cause it to shutdown . if i keep it steady it doesn't shut even if i am stressing the cpu/gpu .
