Hey,
I was thinking about getting a new laptop that's not overly expensive and was wondering if this asus could run bf3 and other games smoothly with decent fps.

More about : work bf3

I'm gonna have to say not a chance. DX11 games and integrated graphics don't go in the same sentence.

Hi :)

You need to add another thousand for a gaming lappy or preferably build a gaming PC... MUCH cheaper...

All the best Brett :)

Yes, this is a laptop. On the Y500 you can get a 2nd GT650m and in 2 secs. insert into the ultra bay.

The ultra bay will take a hard drive, DVD burner, extra fan or 2nd GPU for SLI.

The 2nd GPU is on sale for $137 now.
