try this
Go to the Control Panel
Click on Appearance and Personalization
Click on Change Screen Saver
Unclick On resume, display logon screen
if that doesnt do it go to control panel
power options
there should be a similar setting there for when it comes out of sleep
probably in the Require Password on Wakeup bit--if thats ticked untick it
